"I have been attending this class for 18 years. I have tried many different forms of exercise before and joined gyms, only to stop going after 2 or 3 times. I even bought an elliptical, which quickly became an elaborate clothing rack in the bedroom! I think the reasons this class has worked for me all these years are these: the excellent instructors, the total body conditioning you get, the great music, and the camaraderie. Classes are small and intimate, and the instructors always encourage you to modify the exercise if you need to. We have women from their 30's to their 80's - and there is no 'judgement'. I have never met a more warm, welcoming group of people - and I think the instructors are instrumental in fostering that friendly, inclusive feeling.   “I’ve been attending this class 4 or 5 mornings a week since I retired from teaching in 2001.  It’s a great way to start the day!  The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful.  If something doesn’t feel right to someone or if anything doesn’t feel right when doing an exercise, modifications are suggested.  A total body workout is good for everyone.  It helped me lose weight and to maintain my weight once I reached my goal.  I feel good!  My doctors are pleased that I exercise faithfully and say that it shows.  I find the exercises we do for balance and for upper body strength to be especially helpful.  The students are all nice and spending time with them makes exercising “almost” fun.”  -  Pat Kaczmarek

I have been going to this wonderful exercise class for 33 years.  I started when my youngest child was in Kindergarten, and he is 38 now.  I place this exercise class as one of my top priorities, and I tend to miss class only when I'm out of town.  I find that the music is fun, there are excellent instructors, and the routine-that changes every two months-is a rigorous workout.  Besides that, you'll meet lots of nice people who are also looking for a great exercise class.  -  Kathy Valasek
